A nice surprise

Looking a bit like something Val Singleton made on Blue Peter with empty washing-up liquid bottles and sticky-back plastic, I saw this in a car park today. Not much space left for the EMEC employees to park their cars. Perhaps that's why no-one was at that office today - so no meter read.... but an interesting photo.
