Went to work - on a Tuesday!!! Needed to Skype call Duncan commissioner then just stayed to catch up!
Took melody to last gym - the guy doing Olympic athlete squad trampoline instead

Had lush soup and pretty much whole tiger loaf between us - week of not smoking - however eating enough for a small island to survive
