Charity cake bake

What more to gladden the heart on a dismal autumn day than a charity cake bake at work.

I had one of these Lemon Fondants and it was amazing, so much better looking (and tasting) than John, James & Brendan's efforts in the Bake-Off.

We have many excellent bakers at work and our mission is to get some of them to apply for the next series of the 'Great British Bake-off'.
