Bamboo - my landmark and Pam’s flooring

A huge storm last night with thunder that we have never heard before . A call for help from Pam as she was home alone with water covering her timber floors from a blocked overflow pipe of a tank under the floor. If the boards have to be replaced she may choose Bamboo flooring which won’t have the same problem .
I was happy to see this bamboo today , I know it’s the summit of the hill I was climbing !
