Steamed rice powder cakes

Usually people from the south of China would eat this for Chinese New Year as in Chinese it sounds like the expression that one's life standard would be improved year by year. 

Emily didn't have time until today to try this out. Never too late as there is plenty of snow to make it atmospheric seasonal serving. This can be eaten hot (and soft) after it is steamed as well as cooked with other vegetables or meat, such as stir frying.
