I shall blip my cake and eat it...

Rather a dull blip today, it has been a wildly busy day with a birthday party and a picnic to attend - time wise they overlapped, and distance wise they were about 20 miles apart, so of course I had to leave one early and still be late for the other...sigh

The picnic required a "desert to share" so I thought this bunch of Texans should try a slice of Victoria Sandwich - they need some refining ;0)

Glad they left me a bit because Im quite partial to it myself.
