I was pretty productive today - went to Sainsbury’s early to get ingredients for this. Vegan sticky toffee pear pudding. Poached the pears with cinnamon, cloves, lemon and orange so after a while the whole flat smelled amazing.

We went to Lauren & Leo’s house for dinner in the evening (hence the vegan pudding). They’d made lots of scrummy Mexican food and margaritas to go with it (VERY strong margaritas which we Graham definitely drank too quickly.)

Ate too much, played a board game then wandered home at about midnight.
