Face Found, Ditton

Unbelievably cold today - a biting wind that felt like it was going to cut me in two. Early on it looked like we were going to get a few inches of snow, for a brief period it was almost blizzard like conditions, but it turned out to just be intense snow showers. Saying that, as I write this it is snowing again with heavy snow forecast for overnight.
Due to having the very briefest of appointments with my consultant at the fracture clinic I wasn't given any information on exercises I could do to strengthen my shoulder. Turns out you just need to look online to find some - so I'll be trying them this week to see if they make any difference.
Having had virtually no day without pain since the 4th January I'm hoping it will help a bit!
