Showdown at the Torrox lakes

The day of our fifth wedding anniversary ( late starters) we went bird watching and saw this heron react furiously to this encroaching black throated diver - the diver won! Later we were thrilled to see this black winged stilt, an Andalucían beauty, and later still we celebrated at our favourite tabanco the cruz viejo with the usual regulars holding up the bar and listening to the wonderful Thiago Vasquez.
