lighting darkness

I love this place. Outside N ireland, Donaghadee is probably a little known town but it gets into your blood. It has history, beauty, new places to experience and sea!

I love going to the harbour and looking at the lighthouse and life boats. I think of how many people have been saved by both. One is after the event when lives are at risk - the lifeboat and crew!

One is preventative, in that it uses light to warn people of danger.
As individuals we have corporate responsibility for one another and at times we may find ourselves in the position of assisting fellow travellers by warning them of dangers or, perhaps, ransoming them from danger when warnings haven't been heeded or haven't been seen.
So - in metaphor -we can be life boats or lighthouses !
What a challenge.
