I am Zombie

I mentioned before on my Hands of Fire post, I had a few photographs left over from that shoot that never saw the light of day. So for fun, and with a slight feeling of Halloween, I chose to illustrate one of them. To mix it up a bit, I decided to have a go at cross hatching. Not my area of expertise, I must admit, but the result was not too shabby. I do need practice, possibly a few pointers or tips from an expert. But I'm otherwise happy with this piece. I'm hoping to do more of them and you the viewer will hopefully see an improvement.

Aaanyways, the idea for this image was a sort of homagé of a photograph called 'Ghost' by Stanislaw Ignacy Witkiewic that Richie had seen recently at an exhibition in Ireland, spring 2011.
