Arabian Ocean beach

I tried to write about this, but the internet connection is a bit iffy, and would not load.

It’s a lovely beach with steeply shelving sand, so while the sea is not rough, the waves do break - you have to get your timing right getting in and out. There’s a strong drag as waves receed, which is a bit unnerving for a wimp like me !
It’s like a warm bath..
Rubbish is a huge issue everywhere - there doesn’t seem to be a comprehensive rubbish collection system, and mostly tidying up seems to consist of chucking stuff into the ditch, under the hedge ... sometimes having a little bonfire.
A real warning for us to stop using so much plastic.
