Fruit Art Pt. 3

As I've mentioned before, creating the morning fruit salad is my very favorite part of my job in the backcountry. My passion for this task has given way to a fruit salad evolution--behold, the fruit platter! This progression of artistic expression has been one of my happiest and proudest moments in the high country. ;)
