Yellow Petals

Sorry - last minute blip the first thing I see job  as we have been out helping a couple of friends pack up their house and move.  When we had sold our previous house but not yet found this one they took us in and cleared out a couple of rooms for us to use ... so we owe them a very large favour.  Of course, they don't see it that way!  

They have been renting here ... you can imagine what fun it is getting things out and down of the stairs of a 1600s farmhouse with a Victorian extension.  Exposed beams too - a delight to clean! 
Their new place is much younger,  possibly 1910 with 1980s add-ons :-) 

We had several bunches of flowers along with cards after Iris's funeral so our house does look rather colourful at the moment, hence today's blip.
