As well as a literal description of this photo, probably a reasonable description of what you need to be to take on some of the more challenging routes at Glentress Mountain Biking Centre, near Peebles in the Scottish Borders. This AJ on his newly acquired Trek "full suss" bike, moving fairly rapidly coming down the Spooky Wood red trail.
