Winds

Breezy and cold today, portents of the week to come. Z had an eye test in Bandon yesterday and had narrowed down the choices on her first pair of glasses. I had an overdue one today as we were going back there anyway, I always have to stifle the giggles as the optician hovers with the light in your eye and you can hear them breathing as they examine their victim like some kind of opthamalogical bird of prey.
The extra is where I've just noticed the price and poor Z in the background, wishing she was anywhere else..but still, we'll be gorgeous. 
A walk around Bandon later, before heading to Clon, the hounds and a bracing walk on the dunes.
