A gift...

When I spoke in Trades House in Glasgow a fortnight ago at a dinner for the Incorporation of Weavers, to mark my friend Moira Dalgety becoming Deacon (and another friend Breege Smyth becoming Collector) Cathleen was given an unusual ittle gift by the new office bearers - this lovely wee tartan collar for Rula, designer made .  

It needed a slight adjustment (Rula has been growing) but today was its first outing and Cathleen was kind enough to hold her for the portrait. 

She looks very smart in it and must be the only dog with a collar commissioned and made by the ancient trade .   Thanks.
