Busker @ Pier End

Walked the pier today and it was sunny, cool and breezy. Lots of families out and about and Dun Laoghaire was jammers. This poor busker although dressed for the cold, was shivering.

It is good to be home after my lovely break in Portugal - I slept for 9 hours last night and expected to see snow when I pulled back the curtains but it didn't arrive in Dublin yet.

I have put all the summer clothes I wore when away into washing machine and sitting here now in my winter woolies watching them go around and around aahhhhh!

It’s my son’s birthday so a small group of us are going out for an early dinner - I have to make a quick sponge cake for his birthday candles so a busy afternoon and evening lie ahead
