NZ - Day 14, a spot of lunch
We returned to the area we had walked yesterday but parked the car at Waterfall Creek with the intention of walking to Glendhu Bay. The information board said it was 10 kilometers and at 9.3 kilometers we found this quiet spot and decided that was far enough seeing as we had to walk back. It was a rather nice spot to have our lunch. We saw more birds on this walk than we have done the whole trip. The wind started blowing up on our return so we were pleased we hadn’t gone any further. We exceeded 35,000 steps today, that’s over 13.5 miles. It turned really windy overnight. An extra of our return journey. I have caught up now, much better WiFi.
