The first call came at 6:33.

And I've just received the latest message 12 hours later.

A date was wrong on a form, and not a form I had submitted.  

However we rescued the situation and things are looking good.  I really like how the people I work with look to how-we-fix-things, and don't go straight to "who can we blame?" and then do nothing.

As I was sat at my desk all day, I noticed that the weather outside looked great.  And stayed looking great rightup until I went outside and discovered that it's blowing a hoolie out there.
