Goldfinch
Today it was a toss up between going to Hodstock Priory for the Snowdrops and RSPB Old Moor. Although the weather forecast was decent I decided not to run the risk of going to the priory and getting there only to find the light wasn't good but apparently the day was bright throughout our region. Within half an hour of arriving at Old Moor I was regretting not going to the Priory, nevertheless we had a lovely visit and I was especially pleased to see the Goldfinches. There were so many of them all squabbling among themselves and with the Bullfinches too, but also posing beautifully for the camera.
Thank you for the kind comments, hearts and stars left the Robin yesterday - I think everyone loves a Robin. :-))
