Mash Up

After a trip down town to view the kiddies parade, followed by coffee and cake, it was back to relax at the casita. Unfortunately without much sun! So I took myself off up a nearby hill and explored some caves.
Back to toss off some trip advisor reviews and then enjoy the finest Lanzarote wines by the copa. And finally to view the pageant with so many different murgas. I think everybody on this island must spend all winter dressing up and practising singing. What the songs are about, I have no idea but the performers seemed hugely impassioned. Brendan says they’re actually mostly about potatoes.
