Sea Life
We spent the morning at the Sea Life centre tickling starfish, sea cucumbers and urchins. It was a small, but incredibly interesting place. My favourite was the octopus :).
Weirdly, the end of the Sea life centre was an 8 hole mini golf course?! This took you up onto the roof of the centre, so not only was it hot but you got really good views across the bay.
Lunch was a Chinese buffet overlooking the harbour and some very impressive (expensive) hotels and apartments. The Dopski has finally found out that she definitely does not like sushi!
After lunch, The Dadski made me go in a cable car (never, ever again) up to the top of the mountains. The views up there were fantastic (extra) and well worth the sheer terror of the ascent and descent. We watched a bird of prey demonstration, where they even landed on our heads.....quite scary...and walked right to the top of the mountain.
Back to the apartment and as the sun was setting we went to the indoor pool. Had a quick chat with the masseurs who wanted to know if I had been doing my exercises and was feeling any better, as she had unlocked my muscles by being ‘so strong’....her words! I didn’t have the heart to tell her that I was as solid as ever after the cable cars!!!
Due to still being full up from lunch, tea was a very late shared pizza. Packed everything up and an early bed, ready for a wake up call at 5am to go home :(
