Flashdance

I really wanted to see Flashdance with Joanne Clifton from Strictly, and followed her on Instagram. My mum then discovered it was on at Woking, so I was like a kid in a candy store as we scurried around to book tickets. 

We had to choose the day that was just after my shoulder op, but I knew I'd be fine to go.

The days have been really cold but beautifully Spring-like and lovely, so I'd spent the day relaxing at home. 

We took the train which was faster, but I was a bit ratty as I think some of the meds make me a bit itchy. 

The show was really good! She's the same age as me but looking at her energy levels during all the dances made me feel I've got the stamina of a 90 year-old...

She has an amazing voice, and we both really enjoyed it. I would highly recommend if 80's dancing is up your street ;-) 

We had about eight minutes to get back to the station after it finished, and we ran in the freezing cold. I quite enjoyed it really.
