Buds

At this time of year, one of my joys is my bulb bowl. Usually, the first in the sequence are the blue irises. This year, the irises are a bit behind, and some of the narcissi are starting to bud. I planted up a couple of pots with irises only in the autumn, which are also in bud. I'm impatient for the flowers to emerge.
