Walking in

For once there was no convenient bus to complete my journey to work so I walked. This view of Salisbury Craigs and Arthur's Seat as one descends into Edinburgh is so familiar, it's easy to forget what a stunning and unusual city view it is.

I video-captured my lectures to an audience of eight keen members of the class so I can strike on Tuesday knowing that the rest can watch the recordings. I had a nice meeting with my PhD student in the afternoon: our paper is going well, and we had a few laughs.
