Café Window Detail

A quiet day. Spent the morning working on the commute bike. I got the new chain and gear cassette on. Everything seems to be ok, apart from the front brake, which I also had to replace. I just need a different post to post adapter, so that the brake pad does not sit at a jaunty angle. Still it works.

Very cold, so it was good to come in for morning coffee.

After lunch, my partner and I went down to Dalry Rd to visit the charity shops (1 Hawaiian shirt, but we don't need to buy another one) We walk up to Tollcross as it doesn't take long to visit all the charity shops. There wasn't much else to catch our eye.

On the way, we passed a café, Cafe Klaris, on Morrison Street. It has this detail in the window. Some night time colouring anyone? Just a really bit early for coffee though.

By the time we get to Tollcross, it is coffee time, which we have at The Early Bird. Nice coffee. Make a note to visit Cafe Klaris some other time, provided it doesn't shut at 4pm.
