Gym sussed?
I think I may have sussed the tricks to make working out in the gym more bearable:
1. Go at such a time that you can go in daylight and leave in daylight
2. Take along your own music & headphones (Diana Ross did it for me today)
3. Come HOME to have a scented bath afterwards rather than baring all (literally) in the changing rooms
4. Treat yourself to a home-made hotch-potch latte (see Hotch-potch latte) with a splash of Cointreau as a reward (surely much better for you than those additive & sweetener-filled protein shakes?)
5. Feel righteous that you actually went and got your exercise done!
