There are some people who ...... well ..... who just make things right. They make things right not just by what the do but by who they are. And this is Cara, someone who is stunningly good at making things right. She's a mentor, an advocate, a trainer, a carer, a manager, a coper and a fixer. She's glue and gold-dust. She's brilliant.
