Had a nice relaxing morning drinking coffee and reading - currently Anna Karenina - no mean feat ...

Met B, J and R for lunch at the Blackbird, a new bar at Tollcross. We had been hoping to take part in Edinburgh's Chili Cook Off but unfortunately we were too late to get tickets :-). Still a lovely time was had.

To make up for in B and I stayed in this evening and made our own chili - yum.
