Lübeck

The old town of Lübeck has a lot of these very small corridors which lead to backyards.
Today on my way home I saw a group of tourists with their guide in front of these corridor. The guide was just about to tell them why the corridors have exactly these shapes.... they needed to fit for a coffin!!
Even I as a resident didn’t know this before.
You never stop learning....
