day 5 - nice

I wonder of the many cycling fans would approve of these guys - I manage to just catch them as they came to the end of their 90 metre descent down some pretty steep steps and seemed to enjoy every second of it judging by their "whoops".

cheap coffee, market, posh lunch in the port, boat watching, tarte aux pommes, royale - an insane chocolate cake/tarte/peice of heaven, poor Sam's cold starting to get bad, daube of beef w/ gnocchi, rabbit w/ spaghetti, burnt shoulders
