A touch of Snow

We already had no school or work planned for Monday, but we also woke to snow for the first time this season.......so it was SNOW DAY!  Yeah!  We got up early and headed out for some photography.  Both Sugar and I snapped away, knowing it would melt quickly.  Topaz followed us around as he loves to be with us, but he was not at all sure about this wet, cold, white stuff.  He was curious though.  See the extra shot of Sugar and our boy, Topaz. 

The Hubby had prepared a nice area in our sloped field for sledding in case it snowed, so we also spent about an hour sledding....laughing......and wearing ourselves out.  

We spent the afternoon snuggled in fuzzy blankets, with warm drinks, and some of our shows.  It was a perfectly balanced day.  Life is good!
