Fort Grey

A busy day, starting with donating blood. Last time I donated, it only took 3.5 minutes and the nurses were more than a touch concerned. So today they tried to slow it down by lying me flat and lowering the bed. It worked a little, it took 4 minutes and 56 seconds instead. Much muttering and concern from the nurses again. Cups of tea all round and they eventually let me go but not without giving me a gold heart for 15 donations. The rest of the day has been spent visiting friends at the other end of the island.
