Raising A Smile

On a cold, bleak day, it was good to see these cheery guys raising a few smiles and earning a few coins in Northampton.

The eagle-eyed might spot the remains of the defunct BHS (British Home Stores) sign to the right of the pic. This large property remains empty. Oddly, all the lights inside are still on, illuminating the few abandoned shelves and racks. I wonder who pays the electricity bill?
