...taken as we walked back from Es’s parents evening meetings. MrR and I very happy with the discussions we had with her teachers.

She is doing a couple of crash highers this year, but her hard work is beginning to pay off and her prelim results were all good. Advanced Higher English is a step up but she is coping. She is a worker Es, never needs MrR or I to get on to her.

In general I tend not to get on at them about school work...I might try and encourage the brothers to do some work...any work...but rarely make it a point of conflict.

If anything with Es though I sometimes encourage her to do different things! All work and no play...but generally she does keep a good balance.

Grateful for good meetings with Es’s teachers.
