Chinese Lantern Festival

I went to the Chinese Lantern Festival with my sister and a friend tonight. What a feast for the eyes!

I really liked this shot of a dad holding his child looking at the dragon with the sliver of the moon up above. The first extra is the display around the lake and the second is another of the displays.

There was a short show with jugglers, a contortionist, Chinese yo-yos, and hoop jumpers. Very entertaining.

It was a cold evening, but worth being chilled and out past my bedtime.

I am grateful to be out and about again.
