Attack Chicken!

This big red hen decided to jump the fence and take a shot at the chrome on my truck.
I like the contrast between the orange feathers and the blue afternoon tree shadows. It is still only single digit temperatures and diving below zero during the night. East of the Divide, the temps are -20° to -30° and never get above zero. We are tropical by comparison! :-))
