Taormina

Another incredibly unselfish move by the very kind friend today saw us driven to Taormina, north of Sicily, for a trip to the Teatro Greco and the tourist hotspots. A really hot day, punctuated by pizza, ice cream and photo opportunities. Pretty much perfect. We were then taken to Messina (even further north) to get the train to our next destination - Cefalu'. Here we had to say goodbye to the very kind friend, however we did promise to go back to visit all the places we didn't have time for in the summer. I think I could manage that!
