Siskin

The garden and trees nearby were full of birds today, all singing very loudly.Lots of Siskins who seem to make the most mess.Robins displaying, goldfinches squabbling , bluetits chasing each other and one lonely long tailed tit feeding on the suet block. The soil has warmed up for now so the starlings and fieldfares were back in the fields.It felt warm in the sun and I even spotted a butterfly. We had thunder in the afternoon and a very brief hail storm.Much colder tonight and looks like it will get even colder in the next few days.
