Second stage

Now the basic shell is assembled I can start adding detail and weathering.  The Tyrolean finish, a fashionable 50's decoration is so difficult to capture with acrylic paint and I suspect this will be one of many coats before I accept defeat a compromise.  The blue room, possibly a kitchen will have a collapsed flat roof, remarkably the other roofs seem to be reasonably sound.  I'll depict some missing slates - for effect - as there seems to be none from the pics I working from.  Fallen timbers in the rooms, broken doors and missing window frames will all make this look truly derelict.  Lots to do yet.
