Tamale, baby!
Made my first ever tamales today. The traditional recipe with a masa harina lard dough. They’re so good. I can’t wrap them properly in their corn husks to save my life, but as they all get stuffed in a steamer it doesn’t matter too much. And boy is my tummy happy.
