The Gazweasel Times

Today we took the Metro out to Western Paris and had a wander around the Auteuil district to admire the wonderful early 20th century architecture. A lot of the streets reminded us of Prague. There were so many things to blip (including the brilliant Vietnamese embassy) but I quite liked this cheeky little fellow, sitting in his high up alcove.

It was also nice to be off the tourist trail for a bit, eating at a restaurant that charges a normal rate for lunch and a Tabac with reasonable coffee.

I almost blipped a poster I spotted on the Metro but thought it might be banned under the Blip rules. I doubt it would ever be allowed on the Tube! It advertises a photographic exhibition. I have risked putting it in my Blipfolio. If you are not easily offended, it is here. If anyone IS offended, I shall remove it. Not that I think it is in the least offensive.
