Hand on ... heart

After saying farewell to Thomas I went for a long run outside for the first time since I got flu. I've restarted my Couch to 10K app. 
I later cycled to Islington for a little photo wander and a pint before seeing Three Billboards in Ebbing, Missouri -  quite brilliant performances throughout the whole film. I recommend it.

I've still got my cough.
