J was up to take Kilda for a walk with her brother and their Rottweiler puppy. I went out for an 18K run. Its J’s mum’s 70th birthday today so we had nice family lunch out. Good to see J’s mum out and about. Went back to her brothers for coffee and see her oldest niece who was down with a bad cold. Quiet night in watching TV.
