Building

Lots of meetings around buildings today...starting with tour round the Old Royal Infirmary. First time for a long time, so it’s very different with everything now stripped out back to the original stone and rafters (and exposed dry rot!). Looking amazing though-will be great once it’s done!
Another meeting was less great...people not managing to take the longer/broader view but instead getting bogged down in detail
Few more planning sessions before home. Rather pleased I managed to sort some financial stuff and holiday things before dinner and then prep for tomorrow
