Springles

I always find it deeply reassuring when life starts happening again in the garden.  

Tidied up the railway area this afternoon, discovering that not all the plants I put in last year have disappeared, indeed several look like they're alive. The grass area is still very soggy - I'm going to need to get some better drainage into it somehow.

Our guests/friends R&D treated us to a meal in town this evening, which rounded off the day nicely.
