Lunch spot

G & I enjoyed a shawarma snack meal here after I picked her up from school. Burj Al Arab beach wasn't quite as crowded today. (This picture was taken mainly to record the humidity which is already creeping up.) Now that Yahala has changed how they make their shawarmas, we are thrilled to have found an alternative.

The Bible study in the evening had a bombshell. There is a new Community Development Authority and they are making fast sweeping changes to church groups who meet outside established and designated compounds, and as always, the implementation is almost immediate. There isn't enough capacity in the few official places to accommodate the thousands of Christians who meet every Friday in hotels or villas.
