Droning On

 .....and On. So today I decided to put the little drone in perspective. It is almost exactly the same size as the battery for the Mavic and with it's controller, it still weighs less. The Mavic does have some advantages, like it shoots 4k (vs.720) can fly 7km (vs.30m) and has GPS from 20 sources simultaneously, so it can hover for 8 sec exposures (vs."I'm happy not to crash"). On the other hand - I could have bought 53 little drones instead of the Mavic.

I feel I should justify my purchase - I have earned half the cost back with a travel shot for a Greek luxury hotel magazine. (A cheated EXIF data extra.)
