Salisbury Cathedral under city lights
Taken from the Watermeadows at about 6 a.m., the streetlamps of the city, over the 30 second exposure, has bounced from the low cloud and created this orangey-red fiery hue.
I shot on TIFF and haven't altered the colour at all. I did extract some shadow detail from the clump of tree on the right and the foreground, otherwise it's unaltered.
Lens was same as yesterday's Riverbank shot, the extraordinarily sharp Sigma EX 24-70mm f2.8 HSM - one hunk of glass and this has had no extra post-sharpening. Tripod was used, of course.
